1. Introduction
These Terms of Service govern the provision of services by Creator Connect Group Ltd, company number 17054588 ("we", "us", "our") to clients ("you", "your"). By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
Creator Connect provides music marketing services including but not limited to: Fan Page Management, Sound Seeding, Creator Campaigns, and Creator Live Activations, plus related reporting and strategy. The specific scope will be agreed in writing before we start.
3. Payment Terms
- Fan Page Management: Monthly subscription, payable in advance. Price is agreed in writing before we start.
- Sound Seeding, Creator Campaigns, and Creator Live Activations: You set the budget. Invoiced upon campaign completion.
- Payment is due within 14 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed.
- All prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable.
4. Cancellation
- Fan page management subscriptions may be cancelled at any time with 30 days' written notice.
- Sound Seeding, Creator Campaigns, and Creator Live Activations may be cancelled with 14 days' notice before the agreed start date. Cancellations within 14 days may incur costs for any creator commitments already made.
5. Intellectual Property
- Content created by third-party creators remains the intellectual property of those creators unless usage rights are explicitly negotiated as part of the campaign brief.
- Campaign strategies, reporting formats, and proprietary methodologies developed by Creator Connect remain our intellectual property.
- Client brand assets, logos, and materials provided to us remain your property.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or commercially sensitive information disclosed during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Creator Connect's total liability under any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that specific engagement.
- We are not liable for the performance, conduct, or content produced by third-party creators beyond reasonable management and briefing.
- We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as chart positions, view counts, or engagement metrics.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Creator Connect against any claims, losses, or damages arising from: (a) materials or instructions you provide, (b) infringement of any third-party rights by your content, or (c) breach of these terms.
9. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemic, platform outages, or government action.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms. Material changes will be communicated to active clients. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
